We offer the low and fair shipping costs listed in the following table. If you buy a rug online, we will ship it with DHL Standart directly to your home - worldwide. For European Union customers we ship free of any cost for orders above weight 5 kg.
If you would prefer express shipping, please contact us for your individual offer.

| Returns:
We sell our rugs with 30 day money back guarantee. If your rug doesn`t fit or you don`t like it for any other reason, we will take it back. The rug must be returned in the same documented conditon to get full refund. Return shipping is to be paid by buyer. After the rug returned, we will refund full purchasing price of the rug minus the shipping costs. There are no other costs or hidden charges. We don`t charge any restocking fee.
For any returns, please contact us before shipping the rug back.

Customers within European Union will not be charged any VAT / Customs fee.
Customers outside European Union will be charged by their local customs office. Their VAT / Customs fees will be collected by the shipping company at the door at delivery. These costs are not included in the purchaseing price and are in customers responsibility.
Customers in USA:
Due to the Comprehensive Iran Sanctions, Accountability, and Divestment Act of 2010 (CISADA) we will not ship goods of Iranian origin to the USA!
